General Features

Disk Operations
You can save and load files to any desired drive and path.

You can merge a program or selected portions of a program with the current contents of offline memory. You can also merge program with address offsets to prevent addressing conflicts.

Backup files are automatically generated when saving files. You can easily restore them.

You can also delete unwanted files, copy files to another location or rename the file to another name.

Documentation
A separate label editor, header editor, title editor and title page for entering documentation.

You can enter labels of 30 characters, comments of 19 lines by 70 characters, headers of 20 lines by 80 characters, title of 20 lines by 80 characters and a title line of 60 characters.

You can document labels and comments in the ladder by pressing ALT-W, or press ALT-H to edit headers.

Documentation is stored in memory for fast access.

Online/Offline Programming
Current PLC type and PLC Size are always displayed in the status screen.

Online, the processor keyswitch is displayed, which lights on the PLC are lit, the number of racks that have been assigned addresses, and the beginning and ending addresses of fenced registers. Online PLC operations include Halting the PLC, disable output registers, start and stop the PLC, protecting PLC memory, inhibiting forcing through the COM ports and protect registers.

Instructions are available on the function keys. Only instructions available for the PLC type configured are displayed

The ability to create, delete, copy and move entire rungs.

User configurable display of ladder including check for duplicate output addresses, documentation shading and selecting colors

Search for a specific rung, search for all occurrences of a specific ladder element or address or specify ladder element and address. You can also select a range of addresses to search for in offline mode.

Offline, ladder Cut and Paste allows you to move or copy rungs to different locations in the program or to modify an occurrence of an address in the program. You can also copy rungs and offset each address.

Global replace allows you to replace an address with a different address in a range of rungs or in the entire program.

Online viewing of power status, register content and address prefixes in ladder.

Data Screen
Used to monitor and modify registers and I/O data.

You can display/write data values in different formats.

Data templates of registers can be saved and loaded again.

Cross Reference
Used to identify occurrences of any register address or ladder element used in a program.

You can view a cross reference by address or a cross reference by instruction.

You can print these listings to a file or to a printer.

Print
You can specify the printer, select printer settings or print to a file. You can also specify printer codes to send before or after the current print operation. You can also specify graphics print.

You can specify which portion of your program to print including title page, rack addressing, register data, registers used, ladder rungs, rung headers, labels, rung cross reference, complete documentation and print index.

This product is a direct replacement/upgrade for Square D's SY/MATE Plus.
Software will run under Windows 3.1, 95, 98, NT, 2000, Millenium, and XP as well as MS-DOS.
